6/8 Yukirin at Oshima Yuko Graduation Live (Updated)

On June 8th, Yuko’s graduation concert took place at Ajinomoto Stadium. The rain mostly held up for the concert, it poured a bit during the middle part. This concert is really part 2 of the concert series that was supposed to be held at National Olympic Stadium in March. The newly crown senbatsu members from the 37th single senbatsu election also performed “Shoujotachi Yo” together with live singing. The concert was all about Yuko and much like her personality, the graduation concert was mostly fun and energetic and not much a sobbing party (until the end). Yuko even had a handshake event with all 263 members on stage, the whole handshake took 22 minutes. For every member, Yuko said something personal to each and everyone of them. I wonder what she said to Yukirin. hehe As for unit song, Yukirin performed in 1994 Nen no Raimei with Yuko, Mayu, Paruru and M.Rena. Yukirin also performed with NMB48, new song Ibiza Girls and Nagiichi.   Following the concert, 3rd generation members: Yukirin, Mayu, Lovetan, Harugon, Haachan, Nakayan and Tanamin went out to eat.   Update: According to the Page interview following the concert, Yukirin said Yuko said to her “Yukirin, truly thank you”. Yukirin wasn’t sure what Yuko is thanking her for, but she replied I will do my best for the sake of AKB.
