So Long! PV ゆきりん aka Key様 Synopsis
Been pretty busy this week, still haven’t rewatched Mielino Kashiwagi Ep 7 yet.
I finally got my So Long! cds today and watched the full pv!
Best part of the PV is of course Yukirin who plays Kii (季依) aka key-sama, the computer wiz!
Although still a high school student, she’s at the University working on a program.
She’s programming for the fireworks display but something is wrong and can’t figure it out. She asked her “grandpa” to help her out. Luckily, her grandpa is always there and gives her a hint!
Yukirin figures out what’s wrong, the timing of the music is off by 8.5 seconds, so she calls Takamina aka Sora. Takamina’s family is in charge of the fireworks.
I love her exchange with Takamina!
Love all the references to previous AKB songs, Ponytail to shushu, Flying Get, Iiwake Maybe, Beginner.
It seems the local office made changes to the music, Takamina apologizes to Yukirin for the extra work that she’ll have to put in the next two days. Takamina asked Yukirin if she wants her to serenade her with a song. Yukirin is like, no need to apologize.
Yukirin:”Who am I afterall?”
Takamina replies…
Yukirin is of course super busy trying to reprogram the firework display, she hadn’t slept in 30 hours! No sweat, her little brother didn’t forgotten her and knew Yukirin would be hungry! In fact, Yukirin’s stomach was “pekopeko!”
Her lovely brother bought Yukirin her favourite food, BanaMayoPan, the BanaMayo Special!
But like any brother, he made fun of Yukirin and how it will definitely rain at the festival because Yukirin is Ame-Ona afterall. Haha!
What a lucky brother though! (gets to hold Yukirin’s hands for so damn long!)
Of course Yukirin finishes the program, and finally gets a good night’s rest.
And well, there’s Yukirin in the actual song part but I really enjoyed her solo drama parts more.
