NMB Reaction to Yukirin’s Kennin Cancellation Roundup

Following the shuffle annoucement that took place on March 26th at Saitama Super Arena, quite a few NMB48 members expressed their sadness over Yukirin’s NMB kennin (concurrent position) being cancelled on Twitter, Ameba Blog and g+. Here’s a roundup of the NMB48 members reaction (only relevant parts are translated)… (Let me know if I missed any posts from anyone)   Jo Eriko – Ameba Blog … And, there was a reformation announcement. Personnel shuffle. For NMB48, Yukirin-san, Murashige-chan, Churi-san’s concurrency has been dismissed. There were increased opportunities to chat Just when it’s been so much fun… It’s quite sad …   Shu g+ … So during the concert, a shuffle was announced. Yukirin-san, Murashige… also Churi-san Just when I thought we could become better friends… I’m sad! Kato Yuka g+ … Members that had concurrency with NMB have been dismissed.. Yukirin-san, Murashige, Churi-san I’m so sad It came really too suddenly.. But there is still a chance… Though it’s rather complicated~. 9/29-30 Yukirin at NMB48 Tour Concerts

To cap of the end of NMB48’s national tour, they held two concerts at Pacifico Yokohama on Sept 29 & 30. Yukirin took part in many team songs as well as performing her duet with Miruki. I’ve been really looking forward to seeing Yukirin & Miruki perform their duet “Heart no Dokusenken” cause it’s definitely one of those songs that will be highly entertaining. From the pictures of the concert and rehearsal, it certainly seemed so. Yukirin did not participate in the encore portion of the first concert as she rushed back to AKB48’s theatre to take part in Haachan’s graduation show. At the end of the final concert, they announced the senbatsu for NMB’s 10th single. Yukirin will be part of the song along with 21 members. The centers this time will not be Sayaka & Miruki, instead, it’ll be Miru and Fuuko. What a fresh change! 7/10 Yukirin at Team N NHK Hall Concert Day 2

The second day of Team N’s concert at Tokyo NHK Hall. The setlist changed a little bit from the previous day’s concert as members list changed a bit. HKT’s Murashige joined but Ririka was pulled out early morning so there were minor shuffling of positions as well. HKT’s Melon Juice was added to the setlist. At the end, they even did a double encore as fans did not want to leave. I read a lot of fans comments, not all Yukirin oshis (so this is not fully bias lol), but many noticed a different Yukirin in a very good way. 7/09 Yukirin at Team N NHK Hall Concert Day 1

NMB48 Nationwide tour started today with Team N performing at Tokyo NHK Hall. Yukirin will be taking part in both NHK Hall concert on July 9th and 10th. Yukirin performed Sayanee’s solo song Jungle Gym. She also performed her unit song Zipper. Two new songs were also revealed at the concert, Geinin movie’s themesong as well Team N’s song for NMB48’s 2nd Album. 5/22 Yukirin Weekly News Roundup

It’s been awhile since I gathered stuff for a weekly news roundup! Not as detailed as usual but just wanted to gather some stuff together.   5/21 Preliminary 2014 Election Results The quick election results were announced at the AKB48 Theatre following a Team B show.  Once again, Yukirin was on hand in person for the live announcement.  Yukirin sits in 4th place with 17,266 votes behind Sasshi in 1st, Mayu in 2nd and Jurina in 3rd. She thanked everyone for the votes in her dmm comment. On her blog, she said that she’s aiming for No.1. Top 3 is not enough! She was part of the performance of #22 ‘Kimi to deatte boku wa kawatta’. At the end of Request Hour Day 2, the 10th NMB48 Single senbatsu and song was revealed. 4/5 Yukirin at NMB48 Concert News Roundup

Yukirin made her official debut as a NMB48 Team N member on April 5th at the NMB48 concert at Saitama Super Arena. Yukirin also took part in the Yoshimoto Theatre skit which fully initiates her as a NMB48 member! Yukirin was quoted, “It was a very interesting presence!”  Yukirin introduced herself as, “I’m now the oldest in the new Team N, please don’t call me aunty!!” There was also an MC where all new kennin and transferred members had to say something in Kansai-ben. When Yukirin was first announced as a concurrent member of NMB48 Team N, many fans wanted Yukirin to do the unit song, “Zipper”. Many fans’ dreams came true when she performed “Zipper” with Kei and Akarin. The media also made a big deal about Yukirin’s debut as a NMB48 as all the typical news outlets had articles out soon after her appearance. Lots of photos too! Many NMB48 members who respect and look up to Yukirin took the opportunity to take 2-shots with Yukirin. Keira who mentioned a few weeks ago that she will call Yukirin, “mama”, also posted a 2-shot with her and said “I love mama”. Also, I’m a big Shibuya Nagisa fan, and the member she looks up to most is Yukirin. She has talked about Yukirin a few times before on her blog. She mentioned on g+ today that Yukirin promised to go eat sushi with her which made Nagisa very happy! Here are the songs Yukirin participated: 06. 3/4 Yukirin with New Team N

In Yukirin’s March 3rd blog, Yukirin mentioned that she was nervous about tomorrow’s shooting from morning. Fans suspected that it could be related to solo work or perhaps Yuko. In the afternoon, it was obvious that the work didn’t have anything to with Yuko as Yuko was shooting Friday and recording Mujack with Takamina. While fans speculate what Yukirin might be working on, as the night came, it became obvious that the new Team N has already started with all members exchanging mail with each other. It started with Ikera’s g+ in which she said she has an announcement. She got Yukirin’s address and was exchanging mail with Yukirin, she also said from now on, she will be calling Yukirin “mama”. Not long after, Yukirin replied back to Ikera on g+ and said You’re really calling me mama, so cute. Other new Team N members started to mention about exchanging mail with Yukirin too. Then, Aika’s g+ mentioned getting both Yukirin and Murashige’s address. At the end of the night, Kato Yuka sealed the deal by mentioning in her blog that the new Team N got together via mail and she also got Yukirin’s mail.
