5/22 Yukirin Weekly News Roundup
It’s been awhile since I gathered stuff for a weekly news roundup! Not as detailed as usual but just wanted to gather some stuff together.
5/21 Preliminary 2014 Election Results
The quick election results were announced at the AKB48 Theatre following a Team B show. Once again, Yukirin was on hand in person for the live announcement. Yukirin sits in 4th place with 17,266 votes behind Sasshi in 1st, Mayu in 2nd and Jurina in 3rd.
She thanked everyone for the votes in her dmm comment. On her blog, she said that she’s aiming for No.1. Top 3 is not enough!

5/22 NMB48 Request Hour 2nd Day
Yukirin appeared at the NMB48 Request Hour and took part in a song plus MC. She was part of the performance of #22 ‘Kimi to deatte boku wa kawatta’. At the end of Request Hour Day 2, the 10th NMB48 Single senbatsu and song was revealed. The song is titled “Ibiza Girl”.
5/26 Nep League
Yukirin will be on next week’s episode of Nep League as part of Team Watanabe.

yes, i just love yukirin in nep league, she always have fun there.
i hope nabepro can included her more in variety show for relaxing job.

A good start from Yuki in the prelims I think, with all the “random” results that were thrown up her consistency is pretty impressive I think. Though despite what she say’s on her blog (I wonder myself if she was just going through the motions with what she wrote about aiming for 1st) I think that 1st might be to much for her (or anyone apart from Sasshi) but I hope she can get back into that top 3, that would be a really great result for her, top 5 would be good/decent result.
Busy time for Yuki from performing in the theater to going to the NMB top 50 second day, nice that she got to perform in a song as well as the new single too 🙂 She seems very well placed in NMB’s new single too (though perhaps that’s not so surprising)
Looking forward to Nep League too, it’s rare to see Yuki in shows like this, especially on her own, so very much looking forward to seeing it!
Top 3 would be great!!!!
