4/28 Yukirin at Kuramochi Team B 「Pajama Drive」Shonichi

Today was the first day of Kuramochi Team B Pajama Drive stage. B3 Pajama Drive is definitely one of my favourite stages along with K6th Reset and B5th Theatre no Megami. Yukirin was obviously in her usual position. All units have been shuffled up for the other teams so it was expected Yukirin will be doing different song. I’m glad she got to do Junjou Shugi which was Haachan’s original unit. Yukirin’s partners are Miyu and Hirari, two girls that can also sing. Watching the stage, I can’t help but smile at how well the audience did the mix. Two Year’s Later has the best opening mix after the interlude in which the crowd goes “Kashiwagi-chan”. The debut of Kuramochi Team B also saw Nogizaka46’s Ikoma-chan, now known as Ikomacchi in Team B and exNMB48’s Maachun. I think Ikomacchi will learn lots and lots in AKB48. Both her and Maachun marveled at how close the audience is to the stage. Team B has a good advantage over the other teams, they generally have good members that can lead the MCs. Juri was a bit awkward at the B shonichi but plenty of senpais to learn from. And of course, the return of Mayu to B, she was very high tension throughout. It’s amazing to see how much MaYuki has grown since the debut of the original B3rd stage 5 years ago. Okada Takashi (Scramble Egg) said on his g+ that it was scary to see how much MaYuki has grown as they are now able to perform in way that they couldn’t back then. During introduction, Yukirin introduced herself as “Forever Team B”. My mind almost went blank for a second as I was thinking about how that can also have a second meaning of I will be graduating as Team B and won’t go through another shuffle. 4/6 AKB48 2014 Request Hr Top 100 Yukirin News Roundup

The Top 100 AKB48 2014 Request Hour songs were revealed on April 6th at Saitama Super Arena. Yukirin participated in 14 songs plus 3 encore songs and also two MCs, the notable is the MC between her, Sasshi and Miichan. The trio also know as Saamon (Salmon) have had an MC together in the last few Request Hours. I think the surprise for me was Yukirin being picked to do the KojiYuu song. I really wasn’t expecting that one but I’m looking forward to it. I like KojiYuki too! hehe! It was also nice to see the AKB graduates show up! The dates for the final stage for Umeda Team B and the start of Kuramochi Team B was also announced. The final stage for Umeda Team B will be on April 23. 4/5 Yukirin at NMB48 Concert News Roundup

Yukirin made her official debut as a NMB48 Team N member on April 5th at the NMB48 concert at Saitama Super Arena. Yukirin also took part in the Yoshimoto Theatre skit which fully initiates her as a NMB48 member! Yukirin was quoted, “It was a very interesting presence!”  Yukirin introduced herself as, “I’m now the oldest in the new Team N, please don’t call me aunty!!” There was also an MC where all new kennin and transferred members had to say something in Kansai-ben. When Yukirin was first announced as a concurrent member of NMB48 Team N, many fans wanted Yukirin to do the unit song, “Zipper”. Many fans’ dreams came true when she performed “Zipper” with Kei and Akarin. The media also made a big deal about Yukirin’s debut as a NMB48 as all the typical news outlets had articles out soon after her appearance. Lots of photos too! Many NMB48 members who respect and look up to Yukirin took the opportunity to take 2-shots with Yukirin. Keira who mentioned a few weeks ago that she will call Yukirin, “mama”, also posted a 2-shot with her and said “I love mama”. Also, I’m a big Shibuya Nagisa fan, and the member she looks up to most is Yukirin. She has talked about Yukirin a few times before on her blog.
