1/24 Request Hour 2014 Day 2 Yukirin News Roundup
Day 2 of Request Hour 2014, the top 151-175 was revealed! It was a day of graduation songs which means a lot of VTRs were shown. Yukirin appeared in 7 songs plus 3 encore songs. Yui appeared in the most songs today with 10 and Kojiharu appeared in the most songs on Day 1 with 8. Yukirin also did an MC with Mayu only.
The 35the single was also revealed today, it will be Yuko’s last single as an AKB48 member. The song 「Maeshika mukanee」 is centered by Yuko and some say, it had a Give Me Five feel. Yukirin’s position in the song does not appear to be a good one, she is in the last row for the first part of the song （out of 5 rows) and moves up during the B Melody part.

Nice to see a lot of Yuki again, even if she has not been in the most both days…
Sad about her position in the new song, I only hope this means that maybe she is busy with solo activities or something for a larger role though if I’m being honest I guess this is just typical AKB behavior towards Yukirin, sad that I’m not surprised by this move too…..
There is quite a bit of speculation that she is preparing for another solo release. She mentioned in her blog how she’s been doing a lot of solo work. And then she’s going on a diet again which means she’s prepping for gravure work. She usually goes crazy with gravure work when she is releasing stuff.
Her 3rd Solo Live DVD/BR release should announced soon.
