5/31 Weekly Yukirin News Roundup

5/26 – 5/27 Handshake Events Two days of individual handshake events for the So Long! cd at Messe and Big Sight. The 5/26 day included people with tickets to the 4/30 event in which Yukirin fell ill and withdrew so the lineups were really long and the rounds went overtime. SKE48’s Forever Kenkyusei BBQ’s “1 Komeda” corner taken during the HS Event featured many AKB48 members including a very black Yukirin, who refused to say “1Komeda” on camera and running away.  Check out her video:  https://plus.google.com/u/0/108705263081706477178/posts/SF7nSejiGMU   (Yukirin appears at the end of the video)   5/27 – SMAP x SMAP AKB48 were guests on this episode, they performed a special medley of UZA – Sayonara Crawl and SMAP’s new song Joy. Yukirin looked mighty fierce in UZA.   5/28 – Kyoraku Co. Pachinko Event Team Surprise returns with 4 new songs for a new set of Pachinko games!  The Kyoraku sponsor release event features a short set list performance and MCs. The songs were recorded in Feb 2012 when Acchan was still a member so Kawaei Rina took over Acchan’s spot and filled in for Mayuyu’s position in the performances. 32nd Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo Prelim Results (Updated)

Yukirin is currently in 5th place after the quick preliminary results. *Updated May 26. Following an investigation regarding a loophole which allowed multiple votes per account using NMB48 mobile app, the multiple votes were removed and new prelim results were announced. Yukirin lost 12 votes. 5/21     Umeda Team B Waiting Stage Show The 5/21 Umeda Team B show was SKE48’s Ishida Anna’s birthday show and last stage show as an AKB member. So then Paruru said, since it’s part of your character, there is no problem, so problem is solved!   5/24    Hiruobi Yukirin did the weather corner Friday morning before heading to Fuji TV studio for rehearsal and live broadcast of Music Station.   5/24     Music Station AKB48 performed Sayonara Crawl on Music Station. It also featured a new outfit for the song. Yukirin Posters featured in Kagoshima Rubber Stamps

Kagoshima prefecture office will be unveiling new rubber stamps. The stamps will be located on the first floor entrance. Commemorative rubber stamps are very popular in Japan and every tourist attraction will have rubber stamps for you to stamp in your journal. May 17 Hiruobi Weather Corner Yukirin did the weather corner on May 17.   May 18 UZA HS Event in Hokkaido Yukirin took part in the handshake event in Hokkaido for UZA. Her lane partner was renacchi. News report from the HS Event:   May 19 Pajama Drive KKS Stage Yukirin took part in the KKS Pajama Drive stage along with Haachan. It was a double show day.
